Key Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical design and product development projects.
- Review and approve CAD models, drawings, and engineering documentation.
- Guide and mentor the design team.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and manufacturing teams.
- Ensure designs meet quality, cost, and manufacturability requirements.
- Drive project delivery within timelines and budgets.
- Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
- Strong proficiency in Creo, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
- Expertise in machine design, sheet metal, plastics, GD&T, DFM/DFA, and manufacturing processes.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
